Common questions
How do I get my referral code?+
For Cascade Affiliate Rewards, just fill out the instant signup form on this page — name and email only — and your code is created immediately. For Cascade Affiliate Partners, you apply first and receive your code once your application is approved.
Does the discount stack with other offers or codes?+
No. Only one referral code can be applied per order, and it cannot be combined with other discount codes. The referral code applies a single 10% discount to the order subtotal.
How long does my referral code stay attributed to a click?+
30 days. When someone clicks your referral link, a 30-day attribution window is stored in their browser. If they complete an order with your code within that window, it counts as a referred order.
Where do I see my earnings and stats?+
Sign in to the same account you use for orders and visit the Partner tab in your account portal. It shows your clicks, orders, sales driven, credit earned or commission earned, and your referral code.
What counts as a referred order?+
Any completed order where your referral code was applied at checkout. Store credit is earned immediately on the order total; partner commissions are recorded and paid out monthly on shipped orders.
Is there a minimum payout for Partners commission?+
No. There is currently no minimum payout threshold. If you have an approved commission balance, it will be included in the monthly payout on the 15th.
How do I get paid as a Partners affiliate?+
Partner commissions are paid on the 15th of every month for all shipped orders in the prior month. Right now, payment method collection is handled directly by our team — we will contact you by email to collect your preferred payment details before your first payout. It is not fully automated yet in the portal.
Do I need a business license or tax ID?+
Not for Cascade Affiliate Rewards. For Cascade Affiliate Partners, you do not need a business license or tax ID to apply, but cash commission may have tax reporting implications depending on your total annual earnings. Consult a tax professional for your situation.
What if my application is rejected?+
You can reapply if your audience, platform, or content changes. There is no penalty for reapplying, and we review each application individually.
Can I be in both Rewards and Partners?+
No — each email is one tier at a time. If your Partners application is approved, we upgrade your Rewards account and keep your existing referral code.
Can I use paid ads with my referral code?+
No. Paid advertising is not allowed. You must follow all ad platform policies for research chemicals, and you may not make any medical, dosing, weight-loss, or health-benefit claims. Violating the Content & Compliance Guidelines can result in deactivation.
What happens if I lose approval?+
Accrued commissions on already shipped orders are still honored. Your referral code will be deactivated if your content violates our research-use-only policy or any applicable platform rules.
