Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally final once shipped and accepted. The exceptions below cover damaged shipments, incorrect items, and documentation mismatches.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@cascadepeptide.org within 7 days of delivery for replacement or credit. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and item.

Documentation disputes

If lot documentation does not match the item received, we will investigate and reissue, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Non-refundable

Materials that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error was made on our part.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
