Shipping Policy

Orders ship from U.S. inventory, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is emailed at dispatch.

Domestic shipping

Standard shipping is available to all U.S. states. Free shipping applies on orders over $200. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently offered. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

Delays

Cascade Peptide is not responsible for carrier delays outside its control, including weather events, carrier backlogs, and address-related exceptions.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@cascadepeptide.org within 7 days of the delivery date. See our Refund Policy for replacement and credit terms.
